Moore-Speed Type B-C Shell

This shell looks really interesting. I want to try one. I’ve asked my LHS to get me one.

Hot Bodies describe it as being “designed for aggressive steering and high top speeds, as well as stability in the turns.”

I love the idea of the wide wing-mounts, and I do need a front-endy shell for my 415, it lacks steering (in comparison to a 416), and I personally like how the ol’ DNA shell handles, despite how unfashionable (and knackered) it is.

Full details on the Hot Bodies site.

Glad to see you like the wing mounts; me and Ben came up with that idea down the pub one night after racing….

James! You mean the wide wing mounts aren’t the product of endless wind-tunnel testing?

I saw one yesterday for the first time. It’s the one that my LHS failed to keep for me – he sold it to someone else!

Looks good, that grill sticker is massive though! Might have to get someone to paint one in with the grill painted for me!

Lol, yeah, sorry to shatter the illusion…..

I’ve yet to see one ‘in the flesh’ with the grille in place actually; all of the test shells were racing white or racing yellow ;o)
